Following @TAC’s lengthy paleo discussion, I thought I’d pass on this story, from a British friend working in Washington,

I talked about paleocons in my morning meeting today and everyone laughed. They thought I’d made a hilarious joke comparing old-school conservatives to dinosaurs. Then I told them that paleocons are a real thing and they stopped laughing.
