Thanks for the memories. Kara reminded me of the radicals and anarchists who used to make a lot of noise during the IMF/World Bunk meetings. Unlike your bored correspondent, they seemed to be having a lot of fun. I haven’t seen them this year. So I suppose that they have been co-opted into the system or something like that.
