Two votes for Ron Paul

Ron Paul picked up two write in votes for President in Hart’s Location in New Hampshire, one of the traditionaly early voting locations in New Hampshire along with Dixville Notch in the White Mountains.
Don’t be suprised to see Paul get his fair share of write-in votes today. Some will be counted as they are in New Hampshire, others will be tossed. Paul is also officially on the ballot in Montana and Louisiana and may affect the outcome in both states if they are close either way.
While Paul may never become President, he certainly has carved out his own niche in American politics and a significant one at that. It will be interesting to see if politicians in the future, especially in the GOP, expand upon it.
Oh yes, Obama leads McCain 32-16 after both towns tallied their votes. Not a good sign for the McCain campaign hoping to turn New Hampshire red and make it to the White House by the skin of their teeth.

Ok, make it easier for Obama to win

My vote may not be counted but I cast, as a historically liberal voter, for Paul. I did so because I feel that both parties are corrupt. I am sick of choosing the “lesser of two evils”. Evil is evil and it will never gain my support again. The CFR, IMF, UN…it’s all corrupt. The sad thing is, if I want to see change in my lifetime I will have to move to another country or something because the majority of Americans are not taught to think critically and are unable to understand the issues in depth enough to make clear and truly empowered choices. Our educational system has been in ruin for decades and we need to only look there in order to see the ability of Americans to make decisions. This makes me sad but it is also not the place I want my own children to call home. Paul was our only hope (IMHO) so, we cast our ballot and begin making plans to leave the country and renounce our American citizenship the same day. Waking from the American Dream offers nothing but a hangover.
Nonsense. Bush is Obama’s biggest enabler.
God Bless those two patriots, whomever they may be!
Peace be with you.
