Ahead of the debut of our new monthly format for the print mag, TAC’s online presence has had a major revamp. Check out the main page to see all of the new features we’ve added — two new blogs (the group blog PostRight and my own Tory Anarchist); links to the most compelling material from other sites (”News and Views,” updated around the clock); and a day-by-day listing of our featured articles and select blog posts (”TAC Daily”).
If you enjoy TAC, please donate to keep us in fighting trim. And, of course, be sure to subscribe to get the magazine for thinking conservatives delivered to your mailbox every month (plus on-line access to our full PDF archives). Gift subscriptions make great presents for Father’s Day, by the way — or for any other day. Give one to a friend (or an enemy in need of enlightenment) today.

Making that five altogether by my count.
I don’t know about others but I at least utterly fail to see the logic behind this, especially as none of these blogs is limited to any specific issue/policy area or etc. (Thus at a minimum meaning there’s the chronic but excellent chance that good information or comments about Topical Issue A in one of these blogs is, utterly nonsensically, going to be totally missed in one or more of the others.)
I further doubt that it’s going to make much sense to anyone else who comes across any one of the TAC’s pages and who might otherwise have been interested in staying, reading and perhaps even contributing further.
Cheers,
The three solo blogs all existed before moving to TAC — hosting them here simply makes TAC one-stop shopping, so to speak, for people who already were reading those blogs. Chances are good that readers who enjoy Eunomia, Upturned Earth, or the Tory Anarchist will enjoy the rest of TAC’s offerings as well and vice versa. On the flipside, while none of the individual blogs is issue-specific, each is personalized to such an extent that some of its content would seem out of place on @TAC. (We don’t have many posts here on the merits of lard, for example, considerable though those merits are.)
PostRight, meanwhile, is “Late Night” to @TAC’s “Tonight Show.” It’s an experiment.
I think these extra blogs enhance the site. I’ve little or no other sites to go to to feed my head properly anyway, and I don’t feel like wading through the bazillion blogs out there, so the official recommendation of these few is a help, and a pleasure. So thanks.
