Happily, you need not invest the next few weeks of your life reading the 1,990-page House overhaul of the health-insurance — and by implication, the healthcare — industry. A convenient summary has been provided, compliments of Pierre-Joseph Proudhon.

Thanks so much for the exhaustive analysis. I can’t imagine what I would have thought about the bill without reading this… I cannot thank TAC enough for telling me what to think about these long-headed things and most especially for this astonishing revelation about what government is all about.
These people are insane.. We are being led by extremely illogical people. If you ever wondered what a super-selfish, self important person looks like, Nancy Pelosi.

Is Proudhon doing any stand-up? Because I’d seriously go transatlantic to catch his show. He must be a Liberal, right? Who else would take such sneaky relish in spoofing the crazy talk coming out of the modern Republican Party.
What? It’s not spoof? Seriously? No way!
Conservative humour really does suck. And I say that quite accurately, with an undercurrent of finger-wagging disapproval.
Must try harder.
Funny, I thought The Patriot Act did all this stuff already.
