I never think to log on to the Tribune’s website, and that paper is something about the Midwest that I often miss. Thanks, Daniel, for the wonderful line from the generally entertaining Mr Kass!
To be fair, althogh Obama began his political career in the south side of Chicago, he was nor fomed there. He’s the product of Hawaian culture, which in some respects really is a rather idyllic and even God-like paradise of multi-cultural acceptance and trust. One could make a decent argument that what Obama’s politics represent is an attempt to Hawaianize the rest of the country. This could be fun, if you like island girls and fruity drinks as I do.
