Is it possible Obama's added the loophole language in his Iraq policy just so he doesn't look soft, and also gives a nod to human rights (which is important for liberal Democrats), but is actually more solid on the issue? Won't the phased withdrawal of "one to two brigades at a time" (which is his policy), take care of the "vacuum problem" by easing out? Perhaps I missed the post, but are you going for Rev.
