		<description>My main concern is that the expectations for Palin are going to be so low that, if she manages to come out and speak English, with one or two complete sentences thrown in, it will be hailed as a victory.  That&#039;s what we had in &#039;04 and &#039;00 with GWB, and it looks like we&#039;re headed there now.  Of course, she&#039;s shown no indication that she can meet even that low bar, but I still find the build-up (or build-down, as it were) worrying.</description>
