MINT-AND-CORN COUNTRY, INDIANA — As many of you by now know, Mr. Riehl called out me and my cowboy hat and polo shirt here. At first, I opted not to acknowledge it, other than to link to it, and to say that maybe I am a moron, but, persuaded by The Glenlivet, I offered a rather prolix reply.

I have it here, at NathanContraMundi. I hope it’s the last of all of this, or at least almost the last. I want to get on to complaining about President Obama’s vision for high-speed rail transit and commenting on the Front Porch Republic–versus–Postmodern Conservative debate.
